Moments in my life.

There are moments in my life
When the sun ceases to shine
Dark grey clouds fill my horizon
Thunder rumbles and lightning flashes
Rain falls with a mighty force
All hell breaks loose
And I'm carried away by the flood

There are moments in my life
When I find myself
In the middle of nowhere
I'm left on my own device
It's like I'm trapped on an island
In the middle of the ocean
Where I find myself at world's end

But there are also moments in my life
When the sun in my world
Shines so bright and with might
When its light and warmth
I've craved so much
Gives me joy and strenght

Yes there are also moments in my life
When I'm at peace with the whole world
It's as if all my problems
Just cease to exist
And I'm encompassed with such bliss and happiness
That word's just cannot express.
